Co-Founder | Milan
Milan brings over 17 years of experience in international hospitality, lifestyle, and event production. A founder of AEC, VYBE Festival, and Vybe Club Ibiza, he previously co-founded Bonbonniere London & Mykonos, and has curated and delivered high-end, culturally influential events across London, Mykonos, Ibiza, Tulum, Dubai, and Kyiv.
His background includes working as an ultra-high-net-worth lifestyle concierge in London and partnering with leading hospitality brands and venues such as the Hilton Group, Hotel Café Royal, MNKY HSE Mayfair, and The Cuckoo Club. Today, Milan is trusted by luxury brands, A-list clients, and organisations to deliver exceptional, high-impact event experiences worldwide.
Co-Founder | Aram Norouzi
Aram brings over a decade of experience in project management, event management, event production, and digital strategy. With a background in architecture as a BIM Project Manager at Zaha Hadid Architects, she applies structured thinking to large-scale, site-specific, and international events. Known for bridging design, operations, and creativity, she delivers cohesive experiences across physical and digital platforms.
